Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

Limitation of Liability

Liability Limits

• Total liability limited to 12 months of fees paid

• Traclea is a monitoring tool, not breach prevention
• You remain responsible for securing your accounts

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations or subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
